    Thanks, Louie! I'm up to a solid 220 today. At the end of my last cycle, I was 221 total at the end of it. I just started week 4, so we'll see where I end up with this one.
    We don't always get what we want.......

    But we eventually get what we deserve........

    Okay, just a quick update. I'm at 226lbs. now. Fairly solid, with just a bit of flab around the middle. I might start doing a bit of cardio. We'll see. I'm out of town for a couple of days, so we'll see if I retain the weight.

    No bloat, and no side effects so far. Work outs are going great.
    We don't always get what we want.......

    But we eventually get what we deserve........

    maybe just try to clean up what you're eating a bit if you concerned about the flab if you're not eating perfect. or maybe think about tighter timing on your carbs and such? This is all if you'd rather than cardio.

    Okay, I dropped my dbol last week. Weight is still around 226lbs, but I'm hardening up a bit. My weights are still climbing slowly in the gym. No apparent side effects other than just a hint of bloat. Everything is running smoothly.
    We don't always get what we want.......

    But we eventually get what we deserve........
