Well, I didn't think it was possible, but I FINALLY lost my fat from child birth. Took me long enough...almost 2 freakin' years! I posted some updated pics. Believe it or not, it only took 6 weeks of serious diet and consistant workouts. Cycling classes bumped me up a notch in only 2 weeks worth of classes. Granted I was taking them 5 x's @ wk, but I love 'em. I certainly doesn't feel like you've been peddaling your ass off for an hour when you're done.
