This is my favorite recipe of all time for some crispy healthy "fried" chicken!

1 pd chicken breast cutlets
butter spray pam
4 egg whites
2 c. whole oats
1 tsp garlic/pepper salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Lawrys Seasoned pepper salt

First coat a non stick pan with butter spray pam.

Next combine all your dry ingrediants together in one bowl. Wet and coat your chicken with egg whites and then roll the breast in the oats/seasoning mixture. Finally set your coated piece of meat into coated pan. Repeat the process for each cutlet of chicken. When all pieces of chicken are rolled and set spray the chicken again with butter pam before covering the pan with tin foil and baking in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or until golden.

I swear this chicken is crispy, crunchy and all around DELICOUS... and dont forget healthy too!!!!

I tend to always prep this recipe for the week as it freezes well!!! Meaning even if I toss it in the microwave the chicken is still crispy and crunchy!:bigsmile
