Yes i know sorry you all probably get us all the time and it has to be annoying as hell!! but i'm 20 years old, 5'11" 180lbs and just recently started working out max on a bench is only my bw. and i been doing hella research on every site known to man and am dead set on AS and thats what i'm doing but what cycle or what should i get that will give me good mass and a very nice cutting edge?
