Well Hello everyone I figured this heading would get everyone to come and welcome me lol. I'm 5'7 168lbs. prolly around 15%BF not sure tho gunna try to post a pic. Came here to try and get my diet and workout perfected. I'm only 19 so too young for the juice. I want to get everything I can naturally first anyways. Well I'm a broke college student I've given up beer so I can pay my gym membership. I'll prolly be asking alot of quiestions I'll try not to annoy anyone with my uneducated ways of diet and lifting thanks.
