Just wanted to give an update I came on here not to long ago asking for advice on diet and workout to gain weight at the time I was weighing 168 and for about 3 wks now I have started my new diet and as of today I am weighing 179.8 I am still looking for advice here is my diet give advice if needed thanks
730am-Glass of water, Protein Shake
800am-5whole eggs, glass of skim milk
1000am-Protein Bar,Skim milk
1030am-workout
1200pm-protein shake
1230pm-Fish,potatoe,salad,skim milk
230pm-Fish,sweetpotatoe,salad,water
500pm-Chicken,RoastBeef sandwich on wheat,water
730pm-almonds,tuna,water
800pm-bed
300am-I wake due to the water I drank to piss and I drink a protein shake
and start the whole thing over again at 730am
MY workout is on sun,tues,thurs
DB curls, Tricep Pushdowns, Bench Press, Wrist Curls, Reverse Curl, Lat pulldowns, TBar Rows,Shrugs, BB curls,Skull crushes,butterflies, Bent OVer DB lateral raise
On Mon,wed,fri
Decline situps, leg raise,Leg extensions, standing calf raises, incline legpullin,leg curls,Crunch, seated calf raises, and squat.
Any advice would be appreciated but I am gaining weight and gainging strength
