    Yes hit a tanning bed two times a week, get some neutrogena acne wash and lightly mix in some baking powder to exfoliate the skin (i wash 3 or 4 times a day) and even a couple asprin help if you get a pimple to reduce the redness and puffiness.

    yeah the last 12 months iv'e ate everythin in sight mostly all clean foods like ya said. but who doesn't like the bacon egg and potatoe scone sandwich. now and again! and i think it does make a diffrence to your skin after all the sayin is very true that u are wot u eat..

    Saturated fat can wreak havoc on some people's complexions. It's never been a problem for me, but if my sister so much as eats a hamburger, you can almost watch the zits grow on her face. Try cutting out beef and pork for a while and stick to leaner protein sources
