Hey guys,
I'm 26, been lifting consistently for the last two years. I live in a small town and the gym has been closed for the last two months (owners took vacation, WTF!)
Anyway, I originally came here to figure out what I could take to cut up for the summer. After ready many of the posts I see that my diet and training hasn't been consistant lately and most advice suggests that those should be dialed in first. These are my stats:
