I agree with Sicky, anything else is just an educated guess at best.
Adex=arimidex. It works better than nolvadex for reducing estrogen and bloat. Nolvadex will help though.
Hcg comes in freeze dried powder in a vial that you have to reconstitute and inject. Its the only way. I would skip it in your first cycle if you aren't sure about injecting. If you do the cycle I listed you do not need dostinex.
