Hello,
My name is Alex, I live in the UK and live for basketball. Unluckily, I've had a few injuries that have held me back, the most recent and worst being a Cartilage tear in my knee (Medial Miniscus). I've had the Arthroscopy (over a year later now) and am looking to improve my basketball body as quickly as possible.
Currently, I'm 5'11", 75Kg, and I eat well. I currently eat some Chicken and Carbs a 2-3 hours before the Gym, and the same straight after (usually more after than before). I use Creatine while at the gym.
