    ok im trying to get this in check this is what i ate yesterday

    2 biscut and gravy
    pb 3 tablesoon
    2 small chicken breast
    3 raw eggs
    2 gatorade 20oz
    1/2 gallon of water

    fitday says

    3,030 cals
    141.9 g fat
    227.2 g carbs
    211.2 g prot
    but this has to be wrong
    plz help with diet want to bulk then in jan or feb start my first cycle just test

    too much sugar! drop the gatorade mate- that shits no good for you. You can get plenty of electrolytes (sodium and potassium) from wholesome foods! Also biscuts are full of refined white flour which your body can certainly do without! unless they are whole wheat biscuits.. not sure if they exist? lol that being said i diet like that will have you lacking many vitamins and minerals and IMO is not a good bulking diet...Sorry mate

    Breakfast: Shake- 2 tbsp PB, 1 scoop Protien, 2 Cups Milk, 1/2 cup Oatmeal

    Meal 2: PB + J sandwich- 2 slices whole wheat, 4 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp Jelly

    Meal 3: 1 Chicken Breast, 1 Cup (cooked) Basmati Rice, 1 cup Broccolli

    Meal 4: 2 cans tuna, 1 tbsp Mayo, 1 cup mixed salad, 1/2 cup Almands

    Meal 5: 12 oz steak (or salmon), 1 large sweet potato, 1 cup broccolli, 1 cup Mixed salad

    Meal 6: Shake

    Makes me hungry just typing it

    thanks im not on a diet now at all just eat what ever looks good, im trying though but dont know where to start.
    but this looks good ill make adjusment here and there im picky lol (i know i need to eat right) like i said this is to get it right before i start aas good to see you back man.

    I would definitely replace the biscuits and gravy too..

    Lots of canned biscuits are loaded with trans fat!

    The sugar from the jelly is probably doing some damage as well....

    yea i know i need to get it all in check just its hard i dont know whats what. like if i was to talk about artillery fire to yall it would be chinese thats how this is to me lol it was easy in the army they dont let you eat bad food.

    carbs is my weakness i love em bread, spaghetti, etc is there a way i can work that in so i dont go crazy

    I used to have a carb weakness too.

    Part of using AAS is getting over those delightful carbs.
