    I think if you're working out legs only once a week then you need to work them a little harder than that. You could add another 3 sets of leg extensions maybe.

    I get exhausted after this only
    Height 5'10"
    Weight >192 pounds
    Body fat <10%

    Which of your supplements is making the most difference? or do you think they would be the same even if you were just eating well and training right?

    ok guys used insulin 2iu twice and 3iu twice in two weeks
    now I am taking off
    then will start with this
    pre workout
    IGF1 lr3 50mcg/ed
    post workout
    insulin 5iu/ed

    this is for 5 days of week
    and
    PEG MGF 200mcg/e3d

    4 weeks then off till next cycle
    Currently of cycle
