Thread: Does all liquid = water?

Default Does all liquid = water?

I hear you need 8 cups of water daily, and since I'm on creatine, I'm sure I need even more.

Does all liquid = water? If it does than can I replace water with milk? Because if they are the same, why drink water when I can drink milk that offers me calories and a lot of protein, and it's cheap. 1 cup is 90 calories for 9g protein.

probley not an issue for you but i like to remind people that average milk has 12g sugar per serving. 4 or 5 cups a day is easy to consume. 60g of sugar right there. yikes!

when they tell you 8cups of water, it includes liquids you consume that have water in it, but in a working out lifestyle, i think that you should just play it safe and drink your gallon of water so you do not have to try and figure anything out! yes, i said gallon, that is really how much you need.

I buy a gallon of water every morning and make sure I drink it all. Not counting the water, milk, OJ, or grapejuice I drink with meals...
