    Question i don't how to cut

    hello guys,
    cause i was skinny i never did cutting i always worked for bulking " all my life ! " till now i'm bulking i do low reps high weights to get size... some of my workouts are 3 sets and 4 sets and i do them sometimes like this 10,8,6,4 and sometimes 12,10,8.
    about cutting i don't have any idea how to make the workouts to show the muscles and cut fat.

    can you help me here, how many reps should i do and what weights to use " heavy or light " and the sets what about them ? and the diet ? waaaaaaaa i don't know anything about cutting

    From your pics, I'd say bulk for another year and then start to drop weight.

    Just use lower weight with higher reps. The more muscle you build will aid in fat burning...

    you could also do a circuit routine when cutting. I'm doing that now.

    You can drop your body weight slowly while bulking, just put your calories right at maintenance and your calorie deficit should be about 400 a day from your workouts.

    Its not a large deficit but will keep your current weight. Gaining lean mass and not getting fat while doing bulking.

    Its not easy, you will be sleepy and run down with a deficit of calories.
