Hey guys.
Just thought id join this site and learn a few things.
Basically i am joining the armed forces as a clearance diver. For the americans here its kind of like the navy seals.
I did a weeks training with them and they are god damn machines. While my fitness is a state level for running and my strength above average in terms of chin-ups push ups etc.
i would like to take things to the next level and just get that edge.
All advice and help would be incredibly appreciated. as i said i am here to learn!
Just to put it out there i have been training intensely for 4 years now. (previously being a state runner last year during my final year of school) i played soccer for 12. so the physical lifestyle has been my "lifestyle"
At this point in time i do spend 3-4 days a week in the gym
But i do focus allot on INTENSE running, weather its long distance short distance middle distance. Because as i said for that job role fitness is essential.
hopefully this is a good intro!
thanks again!![]()
