I just want some input on my diet. I'm trying to gain some lean muscle while on a cycle but I feel that I'm a bit off.
I'm 6'0 185lbs and want to go up to about 205 I'm also a hard gainer.
I eat about 3000 to 3300 cal daily
270 to 300 carbs
60 to 80g of fat
And about 340 to 400g of protein
I'm planning to do this for 12 weeks
What do you guys think?
