Adex can cause joint problems.What dose are you running at? try lowering it to .25mgs eod if your above that dose

Deca 300mg a week

well the test should be giving you plenty of water retention and the deca should be aiding the joints so i dont see how it could be the adex on its own.Drop it to .25mgs eod,start taking glutamine and keep your fluids up.stretch b4 every workout
