    Wednesday (21) 250mgs of Test E + Masteron 100mgs (.50ml Adex)

    Bring the legs up a bit. Massive wheels impresss the judges because that's everyoines weak spot. Bring back out more with heavy military presses.
    Also why the tren at the front end? I would be running it gong into contest.

    What is your current weight and height man?
    Looks light weight to me, but I could be wrong.

    The images are good, them green posing trunks are the bomb

    Your going to want to reduce the acne on your body too, start tanning now. You want to be as dark as you can get with tanning.

    You will want to find jan tanna show tan, and dream tan #2

    Buff is right, massive wheels rock.

    Your current body fat is perfect, you wont have to loose too much for contest.
    What are your diet plans? your what 13 weeks out right now?

    Im 5ft 11inches, on sunday I was 200lbs on the nuts. Im 62 days out, 13 weeks into my cycle. I've added almost 3 inches to my legs in the last 3 months and an inch to my calves.

    I will start tanning, I still have 4 weeks of chemical peels and charcoal washes for my back, the acne has actualy subsided from where it was during me pct of my last cycle 9 months ago.

    I think I will drop another 15 to 20lbs, but im still adding mass, my chest has been popping and my legs are still growing. I am a clean eater, chicken, rice, talapia, eggs, turkey bacon, lf yogurt, cottage cheese, my snacks are non cooked veggies.

    I start Masteron on Wednesday so we will see how that changes my composition.

    BUF - I ran tren at the beginning because I knew it would kill my cardio, when I jumped with dbol, test prop and tren my strength was crazy and if you look back you can see the changes in my legs and triceps. 4 months ago I had no pecs, no tris and my legs were sticks, at least now I have some seperation.

    I will update tonight. I have had roughly 2000 calroies today so far and lunch has not been eaten.
