    Default Tightness/discomfort in my shoulder

So I'm not really sure how this came about, but almost a week ago I started feeling this tightness/discomfort in my shoulder. I can feel it while I walk and sit down, but there's no pain and I can still workout normally without any real issues. Only time the discomfort bothers me is when I bench. I don't pin in my shoulders btw. Not sure if I hurt it somehow or if it's just cramped or what, but just thought I'd check to see if anyone has had a similar experience. Maybe I strained it or something?

Maybe rotator cuff. My right side one gets triggered by flat bench press, whether i tuck my shoulder blades in or not. I've switched to doing decline INSTEAD of flat, and it has helped a lot. Sometimes cable fly's trigger it, but not all the time. I can go through a whole shoulder exercise routine without bothering it, but man that bench press triggers it every time.

Look on youtube for rotator cuff exercises to warm up with before hitting the bench.

Ya that's what I'm afraid of, I've had rotator cuff problems before, but nothing like this before. Maybe a week off and some ibuprofen will help, I really don't want this to hinder my cycle at all.
