    Upping the cals starting today from roughly 4200 to 4600. 45/35/20 macro split. 600 carbs, 400 protein, 95 fat.

    I find my body responds well to this ratio when I am running a surplus of cals. I just have a baseline diet and tweak it according to my training and goals.

    Leg Press Calves - 360x20, 450x15, 540x15, 540x15, 630x15
    Seated Calves - 90x20

    I need to find a better calve exercise than seated calves. not feeling it.

    Do seated calves at a tempo pace. 2-3 seconds up and the same down. You'll feel that. If not do 5 up and 10 down for timing

    Seated is the top head, standing is the long long head underneath the top head. You need to do both standing and seated calves raises to engage both and NO BOUNCING.

    Any trainer will tell you that small calves come from lack of extension in both the contraction and the negative, either not going deep on the way back down or not high enough on the tipy toes.

    Seated x 3 x 25reps

    Standing on a 4x4 board or work out plat form with your heels hanging off on the smith x 3 25reps

    Standing on a bench, no weight single leg x 3 set x 25 reps, with this you can do 3 different angles toes out, centered, ankles out

    Slow, deep down, tipy toes up, no bouncing = huge calves
