    I rarely could remember my dreams before. Started first cycle (Test e not prop) and been having strange ass nightmares every-night. The ones you wakeup from like holy shit thank god that didn't actually happen.

    But yeah like Buf said wether it be work, school or even while your at the gym. Work hard and you should sleep like a baby.
    After 30min of cardio and a nice hot shower my bed looks soo nicee

    I just started using melotonin it is OTC and fantastic.

    The pill I find is better than the strips. IMO.
