What is your goal with this cycle? It appears to be to bulk up. Don't say lose fat and gain muscle because those just don't go together well. It's one or the other. If you want to lose fat you're on the wrong cycle. Your meal plan isn't correct although it's not all bad. Add some protein post workout. I don't think you're going to see a huge difference with one four week cycle of IGF even 45 days after you've stopped it. Most of what you're seeing is water weight from excess estrogen in your system. Why are you doing 500 situps? You can't spot reduce your abdominal fat by doing sit ups. I'd spend more time with compound lifts such as different types of squats. What does your training look like other than sit ups? You mention one muscle a day .....explain that please.
