    Hey guys,

    This is my second cycle. My first cycle I ran a few months ago which was teste, test prop, and dbol. I did fairly well on that cycle.

    I just got the goods today. Everything came in at the same time which I wasn't expecting. I'm going to lay out exactly what I'm doing so any and all feedback greatly appreciated. I am running the following:

    Week 1 - 16 Test Cyp 500mgs
    Week 1 - 12 Decca 400mgs
    Week 1 - 5 Test Prop 100mgs EOD
    Week 15 - 20 Test Prop 100mgs EOD

    Running Liv52 throughout the whole thing plus all through PCT.

    Week 1 - 20 Liquidex(0.25mg twice per week)
    After last test prop shot, taking Aromasin for 10 days at 10-12.5mgs every day for 10 days. 4 days later starting Nolvadex (20mg per day for 3 weeks, then 10mg per day for 2 weeks)
    Caber will be run at week 5 through 4 weeks after last test shot. .50 to 1mg every 3 days.

    Stats: 5'9"
    Weight: 190
    BF: unsure

    Goal: to put on decent size. I plan to take before/after shots and some measurements.

    I plan to keep a daily log of workouts, diet, and pinning schedule.

    Pinning schedule:
    Saturday 250 test C
    200 deca
    100 prop
    Monday 100 prop
    Tuesday 200 deca 250 Test C
    Wed 100 Prop
    Fri. 100 Prop,
    Sat 200 deca, 250 test e
    Sun 100 prop

    3/17, start of cycle. Pinned test C, deca, and prop.

    chest
    bench
    incline bench
    chest flys
    machine chest, 2 excersizes
    bench dips

    Question: I'm planning to go visit family sometime in June. Will taking a week off from pinning cause any problems? Is there anything I should modify for that?

    Looks like a cycle I wrote....... Good luck brother, I remember you discipline from the first cycle, this second cycle will treat you right. DO not be afraid to take the aromasin past 10 days, gauage it day by day.

    Are you running the prop all the way through or is it just a front load?

    Hey Buf, running it five weeks at the beginning and five at the end, my man. Thanks for all the help bullet. I've been following your log and excited about your progress bro. You're gunna kill that show in August.

    Debating whether to up test C to 750, Deca to 500, and test prop to 150.

    I'm pinning my quads and have some pain, seems inflamed(red, bruising). I'm pretty sure it's the test prop. I remember a bit of pain, soreness, from test prop but not like this. Any ideas?
