    Hi,
    I am a 38 year old, 6'6", 280 pound 28-30% BF man recovering from a serious accident that I broke my neck, shoulder and knee in. I am back on my feet but now over weitght and in need of some advice. Looking for nutrition plan, supliment, and work out suggestions. I was a former semi pro football player and have done a few cycles of dbol/test in the past. I know I need to get my BF% down and gym routine up before hitting the bottles. I have never done a cutting cycle only bulking and would like some advice. I am currently in the gym 2-3 times a week and working up in weight and durration. I am not pushing to hard due to recovery. All advice would be appreciated.

    Welcome, check out the CKD thread in the diet section. That diet will have your fat falling off of you.
