Hello everyone!
I'm from Calgary, Canada and been lifting for 3 years now. I'm 5' 11 and 175lb.
Started my journey when I was 125lbs and couldnt lift even a bar on the bench press, squat or deadlift properly.
current lifts are: (clean and good form)
Shoulder press: 135lb x 8
Bench: 225lb x 6
Deadlift 315lb x 6
Squat 225lb x 8
I've done my home work and read a lot about AAS. I might be ready to start my first cycle ever. But I will still be looking for more information from the logs here and all experienced people. I want to do it and I want to do it right.
You will see me asking questions while I decide what i'm going to start with and find a good supplier.
I've already read through the rules so this is only an introduction I will be posting in the Q/A section about my first cycle.
