Default Proviron vs Arimidex vs Nolvadex

According to you guys, what would be the best thing among Proviron vs Arimidex vs Nolvadex against water retention and gynecomastia for a beginner's cycle of test suspension 500mg/week?

I am 35 yrs, 5ft 11in, 165 lbs, BF 15% and being into intense workouts at gym since the last three years, workout 3 days wts 3 days cardio.

Arimidex is probably best because it's an AI not a SERM.

you don't need proviron on your cycle, its just to simple, plus proviron shouldn't be used as main Ai, its beter for non test cycles or small test dosages it boosts your libido and hardens gains. nolvadex better after cycle. good luck.

Use the adex for your AI. You certainly can run proviron during your cycle but as pointed out already, it is not an AI. Proviron is a weak DHT steroid that has some anti estrogen properties but not enough to counter any real issue with estrogen. Used during a cycle it effects Sex Hormone Binding Globulin and helps make testosterone more effective. The down side to it is, it's a DHT and can attribute to hair loss in men predisposed to male pattern baldness. Used in high doses or extended periods of time, it can also elevate liver enzymes and also enlarge the prostate. You could safely run 25mg ED for the length of your cycle (not typical of other orals) providing you have a healthy liver, don't drink any alcohol or take any other oral medications. In all honesty you will be best just to run the test and adex. Use the nolva post cycle for recovery of natural test production.
