^^The above link is great. It just shows you what a guy with mediocre genetics has to take in order to compete at the average show. He's not a pro by any means, and far from it. Most guys would think that 500mgs of test is a lot...he's taking roughly 1500mgs of test//600mgs of deca and 600 mgs of EQ along with growth//insulin and peps. Not to mention synthol and he's only 21!! Incredible. With everything that is available today it makes you wonder how Arnold and all the old school guys did it with just Test/Deca and Dbol mainly. Pretty nuts.
