Can you shred the excess water off by taking Adex? Whilst injecting test at the same time? If you've put on some water wait the first weeks on test could you use a higher amount of Adex for 1-2 weeks to shred the water and then start using your normal dosing? I.e. use 1 mg E3D for 1-2 weeks to shred water and then start using 0.5 MG E3D after that to prevent you from holding water?
I do shred some water when I start with dex to the extent that lower abs are visible again after using dex at .25mg eod for 2 weeks. I personally can't handle more than .25mg. Anything above this starts giving me bad joint pains especially in my shoulders. Everyone reacts differently but I still wouldn't recommend dosing it at 1 mg.
Triceps today. Pump was insane. Felt like a beast. I stand at 233 lbs and rising.

Seated overheard dumbbell tricep extensions 125x13, 140x10, 165x5

4 variations of 3 sets each with approx. 25 reps per set.
Nice figures on your close grip bench mate. Do you use an EZ bar or straight?
My wrists can't take the straight bar personally and my gym does not have a bench with racks close enough together to use an EZ so I have to load up get a person each side to lift it up and over my head into position above my sternum.
I've repped 130kg once before. 320 lbs is excellent. Nice workout.

I upped dex by .25mg. I've been getting some bad back pumps since a couple of days now. I guess its from the excess water I'm holding. I've upped dex so lets hope it sorts itself out.
Worked out back today. I started with deads today cuz once the back pump sets in deads become torture.
