    Took 2 days off from the gym. Had a bad stomach. I worked out chest today.
    Bench press 230x14, 280x9, 300x6, 340x3(spotter help on the last rep)
    Incline bench dumbbell press 100x11, 110x9, 140x4(this is my first time using 140 on inclines. I usually do 125x6)
    Flat bench flys 70x11, 80x8, 90x6
    Cable crossovers 3 sets
    Abs
    4 variations of 3 sets each approx . 25 reps per set.
    Finished off with some cardio.

    I stand at 235lbs now. I've never been this heavy ever. Feels great. Increasing my dex dosage has helped me shed a lot of water and also helped with the back pumps somewhat. I mean they're still there but a little better than before. I can atleast finish my workouts now. I worked out biceps yesterday.
    Biceps
    Barbell curls 110x11, 150x8, 180x5
    Dumbbell curls 50x10, 65x8, 80x5
    One arm preacher curls 50x10, 55x8, 60x5
    Concentration curls and a couple of forearm exercises
    Calfs
    Seated calf raises 135x14, 180x14, 250x7
    Standing calf raises 3 sets

    Worked out triceps yesterday and what a pump I got. I looked like a beast.
    Triceps
    Close grip bench press 200x14, 240x9, 270x6, 320x3
    Seated overhead dumbbell tricep extensions 125x11, 140x8, 165x5
    Tricep pushdowns 3 sets (the entire rack to failure everytime)
    Tricep dips machine 3 sets (same as above)

    I also did some exercises for my obliques.

    I worked out shoulders, legs and back on 6th, 8th and 11th respectively. Other days I was busy with work which is also why I couldn't post. My workouts were as follows.
    Shoulders
    Military Press 160x12, 200x8, 220x6
    Dumbbell Press 90x13, 100x9, 110x7
    Lateral Raise 50x14, 65x10, 80x6+50x7
    Bent over lateral raise 3 sets
    Traps
    Barbell Shrugs 320x12, 410x10, 520x7
    Seated Dumbbell Shrugs 125x10, 140x8, 140x8

    Legs. Strength has increased here. Pushed the increased weights with perfect form. Literally touched my thighs to my chest on the leg presses.
    Squats 230x11, 320x11, 390x8, 460x5
    Leg Press 630x11, 810x10, 1000x6
    Hamstring Curls 3 sets
    Leg Extensions 3 sets


    Back. One more rep on my last set of deadlifts and increased weights on the last set of dumbbell rows.
    Deadlifts 230x10, 320x10, 410x8, 500x3
    Dumbbell Rows 125x11, 180x10, 250x6
    Pull ups 10,10,10
    Lat Pulldowns 3 sets
    Seated Cable Rows 3 sets
    Obliques
    3 variations of 3 sets each approx. 25 reps per set.

    Also did my 16th pin yesterday. 250mg test e in the right quad. 250i.u. of HCG and .25mg adex.
