Took 2 days off from the gym. Had a bad stomach. I worked out chest today.
Bench press 230x14, 280x9, 300x6, 340x3(spotter help on the last rep)
Incline bench dumbbell press 100x11, 110x9, 140x4(this is my first time using 140 on inclines. I usually do 125x6)
Flat bench flys 70x11, 80x8, 90x6
Cable crossovers 3 sets
4 variations of 3 sets each approx . 25 reps per set.
Finished off with some cardio.
