    Default Chicken leg destroyer routine.

    The bodybuilder Eddie Abbew (famously known for coaching Glamour model Jodie MArsh) suggests an interesting way to target lagging legs by straight training them 4 days a week for 8 weeks. Mon-Quads Tues-hams, calves weds-rest thurs+Friday repeat and weekends off.
    Any opinions? He states that there will be no upper body loss at all?

    I'd rather just punish them once a week and do some blood flow stuff on another day.
