What's up guys, so I had my first pin of deca yesterday morning and everything is great today. Diet has been pretty clean, aside from last night and today as its wife's bday so will take her out for a nice meal and she can have a drink or 2 or 3. Training has been going great all lifts are slowly increasing and veins are popping like no other. Even been asked a few times if I'm on "supplements" I just blow them off. Ain't no ones business. Yesterday I crushed shoulders
Overhead dumbbell press- 50x12 65x10 80x8x6
Front raises- 30x12 40x10 50x8
Side raises or flys or whatever you call them-30x10 40x8 50x6
Barbell shrugs- 135x15 225x10 315x 6
Kinda a scattered session but felt good I know I don't lift as heavy as most but well see what happens in next few weeks
