lean bulk diet?
I'm very inexperienced with dieting and have always just ate whatever. I watched fats and carbs but never had a set daily routine. . I worked with a buddy of mine who is a little better at it then me.. here it is I'm trying to put lean weight on and lose bf at the same time.. please tell help me with what I have. .

Meal 1 -2 scoops Protein
1/3 cup oats
12 blueberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 activia yogurt
Meal 2-8 oz chicken breast.
8 oz sweet potato
1 cup spinach
Meal 3- 10 oz fish
1 cup brown rice
Mixed veggies
Meal 4-8 oz steak
8 oz white potato
Meal 5- 2 whole large eggs
4 egg White's
1 apple
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Age - 25
Weight - 190lbs
Height - 5'10"
