    My wife is trying to figure out her calories and macros.

    she's 5'9, 33 y/o and wants to weigh 150lbs. currently 171lbs atm (post baby weight)

    she has figured out her BMR and harris benedict formula. With using a 500 cal deficit on her calculations it has her taking around 14-1700 calls and is roughly taking in 70.5g carbs, 170g protein and 70 fats.

    we are trying to tighten up her diet but its so hard to figure out exactly what she should be doing. So many broscience material to read and it gets confusing. She is super dedicated and doesn't stray once her mind is set on something. She is currently trying the sara soloman diet/workout routines.

    Weight X 12= BMR
    -10% is going to be cutting
    +10% is going to be bulking

    interesting takes. there are so many its hard to find one that really works. guess its all trial and error. Have you tried that lean gains calculator personally timoid? Its interesting

    If you have a android.. the "lose it" app is awesome. Its calculates your macro percentages as you enter your food in. Its the one I use
