    Default New Cycle + Current Diet, whadya think?

    Hey everyone, been quite awhile, glad to see things are still up and running.

    Not sure when I plan on starting this cycle but probably within the next 1-4 months. (Want to get much leaner before I start)

    Currently: 5'11, 197lbs, train or do cardio everyday. Probably sitting around 18%BF

    Cycle will be:
    Weeks 1-5: Test P/150mg EOD
    Weeks 1-20: Test E/500mg a Week (After week 12 Test gets bumped to 750/week due to SHBG)
    Weeks 1-20: EQ/600mg a Week
    Weeks 16-20: Tbol/40mg a Day
    Weeks 1-26: Aromasin/12.5mg EOD (Adjust as needed)
    Weeks 20-24: Nolvadex 20/20/10/10
    HCG at the end of cycle. (Dosage and when would be appreciated)
    Any questions or concerns with the cycle?

    Diet:
    On Day:

    Meal 1:
    1/2 TBSp Udos Oil
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
    Full scoop Vega One
    1/2 serving whey isolate
    Multivitamin
    1g Vitamin C
    2g Omega 3's
    Protein:40g
    Carbs:33g
    Fat:18g

    Meal 2:
    6oz Lean Ground Beef
    1/3 Cup brown rice
    1cup Greens (broccoli, spinach etc.)
    Protein:50g
    Carbs:15g
    Fat:13g

    Meal 3:
    6oz Chicken breast
    1/3 Cup brown rice
    1cup greens
    Protein:50g
    Carbs:15g
    Fat:3g

    Meal 4:
    1/2 can tuna
    Half a bell pepper ****ped up
    1cup greens
    1/2 tbsp of udos oil
    Protein:21g
    Carbs:0g
    Fat:15g

    Meal 5: (Pre-workout)
    6oz chicken breast
    5oz yams
    Banana or apple
    2g L Carnitine
    Protein:50g
    Carbs:55g
    Fat:4g

    Meal 6: (During workout)
    15g BCAA's
    25g glucose from gatorade
    Protein:0g
    Carbs:25g
    Fat:0g

    Meal 7: (Post workout)
    2 Scoops Whey Isolate
    5g Glutamine
    5g Creatine
    3/4cup oatmeal
    Protein:50g
    Carbs:34g
    Fat1g

    Meal 8:
    1cup Eggwhites
    1/2 scoop vega one
    ZMA
    1g Vitamin C
    Protein:33g
    Carbs:6g
    Fat:2g

    Water: I always consume atleast 3Litres a day, pretty much ALWAYS around 4)
    Total: Protein:294g Carbs:183g Fat:56g (2412 Calories)
    (I add some condiments to my meals but nothing crazy)

    Off day, all I do is take out meal 6 and 7. Also, on meal 5 I am only having 3oz of yams instead of 5.

    Looks good. You might want to consider an old school tapering down before coming completely off. Also I would add some clomid to your pct.

    Weeks 18-20 250mg Test E
    ?
