Insulin is not something to play around with. You can put yourself in a diabetic comma if you aren't careful.
You are using WAY too much insulin. You are going to develop insulin resistance at that dosage. It's also a very easy way to get fat.
I would use insulin MAX 4-5x per day. Stick with 4iu and dose it post workout with a significant amount of carbohydrates.
Insulin supplementation is best used infrequently so your muscle insulin sensitivity stays high. I would only use it a couple days per week on your weak body parts.
