    Default concerned about a-drol bloating

i want to try out anadrol 50mg ed in a testosterone enanthate cycle of 500mg a week of 16 weeks but heard that anadrol can cause bloating. my last cycle was with test, deca, and dbol and dbol use made my face bloated and so i am really freaked out before using anadrol. is there some way to prevent bloating in the first place when using anadrol?

Best way is to add an AI like arimidex and add n2guard, but lowering dose would be most optimal.

The best way of avoiding the bloating with Anadrol, is not using Anadrol. It is a very harsh steroid with prominent side effects. I would rather suggest you to stick to Dbol instead - it is a bit milder. Other than that, your only choices would be adding an AI (Aromasin at 10 mgs EOD) and N2Guard, which can also decrease the bloating.

The best thing you can do to minimize bloating is to incorporate an AI in your cycle (aromasin at 10mg EOD), keep your dosages moderate, incorporate a liver aid (n2guard from, watch your sodium intake and make sure you are taking in plenty of fluids through out the day. This is what I recommend for a cycle:

    weeks 1 - 16
    testosterone 500mg/week
    aromasin 10mg EOD

    weeks 1 - 6
    anadrol 50mg/day
    n2guard 7 capsules/day

After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: The Perfect Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) -

With wet compounds and orals you need to increase your AI dose for sure, I highly recommend aromasin
