    Default Would this lead to over training...

    Weekly workout

    Monday - Chest and Tri's
    Tuesday - Back and Bi's
    Wed - Legs
    Thursday - Chest and Tri's
    Friday - Back and Bi's
    Sat - off
    Sun - off

    would this lead to over-training...any suggestions...thanks in advance

    Default Where's the Trap and Delt work?

    .. gonna be a strange misshapened dude with that type of split. Back 2x wk isn't needed, just learn to work harder 1 day/wk. If you wanted 2 chest days, Do a Chest/Tri(Flat bench + Close bench focus)day and then Chest/Delt(Inclines and Military Press focus)day. I'd only work legs once too, unless you split Hams/Seat calf one day and Quad/Stand calf another.

    bronc is right IMO, hit back harder and once a week is good, knock 2nd hit of chest and tri's to friday, and do shoulders and traps thursday...hope you just forgot to post your shoulder schedule <img src="http://www.massmonsters.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif" alt="Roll Eyes" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->

    day 1 chest, tri's, shoulders
    day 2 back, bi's, + traps
    day 3 light chest, heavy arms.. bi's + tri's
    day 4 Legs

    or even dump the day 3, but I like that second good pump...

    I see with that workout Mega is over-use of the shoulders. For 4 weeks maybe, but more than that and risk of injury grows.

    Thanks a lot guys...lol...ya, i do do shoulders....i just do that once a week...so i thought i didn't need to put it up...
