    figured I would start a new one as the old one didnt have a very nice title:
    My back is still giving me a rough time but fuck it I am done messing around with it:

    my pussy ass workout:
    warmup w bar squats x20

    3 sets 10 reps 95 pounds squats

    hamstring curls 2 sets each leg 20 pounds

    leg extensions 2 sets 85 pounds 12 reps

    cardio 8 minutes treadmill

    Sat I took afriend to the gym to get her started I did 20 mins cradio but split up in 10 min sessions .Other than that i showed her some machines so I'm not even gonna count it

    Sunday event training,did it fairly light but my back feels really good so hopefully it is ready for me to start going heavier

    Log warmup
    85x2 sets x12 reps
    105 x 2 sets 3 reps
    115x one set 5 reps

    2.5 thickbar
    75 x 9 reps x3 sets clean and press one set

    farmers 105 for 80 ft one turn x2(these are farmers runs I am ready to go much heavier

    sandbag rows I think it is 60 pounds three sets to failure
