what part of your chest should you train if you want it to lift a bit?
Are you saying you have a thick lower chest and not much upper? Or is your chest flabby? I dont really know what your asking.

Work your upper chest by doing incline exercises.
Work your lower chest by doing flat/decline exercises.
If you have saggy chest, then you need to burn the fat by diet and cardio.
If your upper chest is lacking in size compared to your lower chest, it can create the illusion of a 'saggy boobie' unless you keep it flexed 24/7. That's my 3 cents.
