    HI fellas take a look of my work out routine and tell me what im doing wrong!
    Mon Chest / triceps / shoulders
    T. biceps / back
    W Legs and 15 mins of cardio
    Tue. i repeat Chest, triceps and shoulders again
    Friday. i repeat biceps and back
    saturday off
    sanday off

    ty id appreciate any help

    We'll be better able to advise you if you list the specific exercises you do along with how many sets and how many reps you do. Provide that additional info and we'll get you sorted.

    3 sets of everything 12 to 15 reps and abbs averyday

    All right. But you need to tell us what exercises you're doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps for. For example:

    Chest

    BB benchpress
    DB flys

    Triceps


    CG benchpress
    dips
    pressdowns
