    Default What times do you workout?

    this should be fun, what times guys and gals?

    I workout at 1:30am - 2:30 am.. reason being? EMPTY GYM!!!! LOL. And a shake when i get home and bed time to rest the muscles for morning.

    Mine varies some days morning like 9-10 or so after my crews gone. If I'm busy 7pm or later. That's why I'm building one at my office, should be easier.
    Funny thing is I only get roid rage when you speak!

    usually 6:30am-7:30/8am, usually warmed up after PT.

    after work for me too 6-730 now it is cut shorter for the new routine and it last 45min.\
    that is PM.

    I am trying to get cut right now with out losing muscle.

    NEED FOOD.

    First thing in the morning at 0500 and then again for a 2nd round of cardio in the evening about 7ish (and after my power nap in the car).
