    Default Boss Hogg Update with pics

    Just thought I would start a training log with pics for you guys to see etc. I am not on cycle, obviously but heres a before pic taken a couple weeks before I started on BH. BW was 193 lbs.

    And heres another, taken today, 1 month later. Didnt train for the last week cause I was sick as a dog with cold/flu. Only got a light workout in today, so progress could have been better but not to worry Bw is now upto approx 203 lbs, so I have gained 10 lbs, give or take a lb or two. I think my BF has gone down a bit as well.

    Not a huge gain but not bad for 1 month. Mostly due to diet advice from SYL, I have to admit 3200 cals per day, 300-350 gs of protein.....

    cheers fellas, started Creatine loading today, (after my little fo-par up top and doing some research) so see what that does. Will be interesting to see when I plateau. Want to get to 210 with abs before I start a cycle. Giving myself about 5 months to get there...... Will bang another pic up in a month.

    Posting up the workout I'm using.
    Mon
    close grip chins (added weight) 4 sets 12,8,6,4
    close grip RV row (can sub close grip rv bb) 4 sets 12,8,6,4
    Bent BB Row 4 sets 12,8,6,4
    Deadlifts 2 sets 10,10

    Wed
    Incline Bench Press 4 sets 12,8,6,4
    Close grip bench press 4 sets 12,8,6,4
    Seated Military BB press 4 sets 12,8,6,4
    Squats 2 Sets 10,10

    Fri, same as Mon.
    The following week I start on Mon with weds routine ad infinitum, so that one week I hit chest,tris,shoulders,legs twice in that week and back,bis once. Then the following its the reverse, ie back bis twice and chest legs etc once.
    I dont use any D/B's or cables and I train at home, not in the gym. Also I do 3 sets of ab work on each WO day. Crunch's on push days (chest legs) and DB side bends on pull days (back bis).
    Hope that makes sense
