    Default What do you Squat, Deadlift, bench

    Wanted to see what numbers everybody is puttin up. Here's mine as of this week, they're not too sexy...

    Squat-405x5 w/o help
    Deads-385x5 w/o help
    Bench-335x3 w/o help

    I dont do deads

    Squat 200kg
    Bench 120kg
    Dumbbell press 50kg on each arm( thats the heaviest dumbbells my gym have) lame
    Seated row 250kg
    leg press 400kg

    150kg bench is good bud. ive never really been that good at bench, dont know why? my boobs are quite big

    squat:6 reps 185lb w/o help
    dead: 4 reps 339lb w/o help
    lat pull down: 8 reps 187lb w/o help
    leg ext: 10 reps 182lb
    d/b bench 10 reps 110lb
