    Default new routine

    guys I want to change my routine
    currently doing
    Monday shoulder
    Tuesday back + biceps
    Wednesday off
    Thursday chest + triceps
    Friday off
    Saturday Legs
    Sunday OFF

    I am thinking of doing
    Monday shoulder
    Tuesday back
    Wednesday biceps + triceps
    Thursday off
    Friday chest
    Saturday legs
    Sunday

    1)any other suggestions also post yours routine
    2)I am thinking to shift my workout to AM
    since I am thinking to start peptides + Insulin
    so can keep eating full day
    When do you like to workout?

    what dont you like about your routine atm? or are you getting to the point where you need/want to change it?

    I just want some change
    also I am thinking to shift my workout to AM
    since I am going to start peptides + Insulin
    so can keep eating full day

    i like your first routine IMO,but if you wish to change you could do:

    mon: arms
    tues: legs
    wed: off
    thurs: chest/back
    fri: abs
    sat: off
    sun: off

    or

    mon: chest tris shoulders
    tues: off
    wed: legs abs
    thurs: off
    fri: back bi's
    sat: off
    sun: off

    These will give you more recovery time.Out of all my routines i like one on one off the most because of the 'feeling in top shape' but its not esential for size.

    i have tried the bi's+chest and the tris with back before and i dont really agree with it.your bi's and tri's are small muscles,you do tris one day and your doing them again on chect day,likwise with bi's and back.I think they tris-chest and bis=back go hand in hand really well

    I like to workout six days a week but I don't think you'll be interested in that kind of a workout. I work on one muscle a day and have done so since the start. Abs I do every alternate day and forearms I keep adding here and there about once a week. If I feel like changing I only change the exercises I do. This has worked great for me. However, what is best for one may not work as well for another. You just have to see what works best for you.

    I did the same for 4 years
    After I became member of site people suggested to change workout
    so changed
    Height 5'10"

    no problem mate,have you tried doing pyrimid sets?
    i love them,you might want to try it.

    i do 3 sets of every excercise (12,10,8) increasing the weight every set

    What you think about time
    is it better to workout in AM or PM
    As I am starting IGF1 LR3 and Insulin
    I can take them in AM and can keep eating whole day
