    Default Joint issue. Help!

    Hi guys
    It's been more than 2 months since I have had this pain in my wrist joint.
    I am a average built guy with skinny arms and so I decided to do some wrist curls. Next morning when I woke up my wrists were obviously sore but I feel like if I have damaged something in there. I can't lift heavy as it hurts bad. Any suggestions? Any recovery tips or can somebody tell me what the hell happened there?

    You may have damaged a/some tendants.I would go to the doc and get it checked out.Untill then keep it wrapped lightly in a stright position and no lifting,It will only aggravate it.
